CaliFit

Strength Training is very beneficial in your journey.  CaliFit is Calisthenics based program where we utilize your bodyweight. CaliFit is offered in 2 programs:

CaliFit is 1 hour of working out. 

CaliFit + Recovery is 30 minutes of working out and 30 minutes of stretching.

Have A Seat

Bringing Chair Class to the next level.  In this 1 hour class you will learn a routine. This class style varies from acro based to sensual tease.  Be prepared for all the shenanigans. Knee pads recommended and heels are optional.

Upper Body Stretch

Stretching is great for recovery and flexibility. This one hour class concentrates from the head to your lower back. So if you are wishing to opening up your shoulder and increase back flexibility then this is your class. Yoga blocks, resistance bands and yoga mat is your equipment.  Long shelves and back warmer are recommended.

Lower Body Stretch

Stretching is great for recovery and flexibility. This one hour class concentrates from the hips to your feet. So if splits are your goal then this is your class. Yoga blocks, resistance bands and yoga mat is your equipment. Leggings and socks are recommended.

Pole Tease

I know you are curious, why wouldn't you be reading this if you weren't.  Come join Kilo for this one hour class as you get a tease of what pole is. 

Recommend shorts and please no jewelry, lotion or oil on during class as it is for your safety.

Pole 1

Congratulations, you attend Kilo's Pole Tease and now the real fun begins. This class level is designed for beginners.  Do not worry, your hips will not go over your shoulders as our class level is great for Level 1 competitors.

Pole 2

Congratulations, you passed Kilo's Pole 1.

This class level is designed for inversions from the floor. Yup; you are correct, your hips will be going over your head and learning to contain 3 or more points of contact on the pole.  This class level is great for Level 2 competitors. 

Gazelle

Pole 3

Congratulations, you passed Kilo's Pole 2.

This class level is designed for inversions in the air. Yup; you are correct, your hips will  be going over your head and learning to contain 3 or more points of contact on the pole.  This class level is great for Level 3 competitors.

Pole 4

Congratulations, you passed Kilo's Pole 3.

This class level is designed for advanced polers. Yup; you will learn moves and transitions that contain 1- 2 or more points of contact on the pole.  NO TORSO TWIST moves are allowed in this class such as Fonjis are not taught in this class. This class level is great for Level 4 competitors.

Pole 5

Congratulations, you passed Kilo's Pole 4.

This class level is designed for advanced polers. Yup; you will learn moves and transitions that contain 1- 2 or more points of contact on the pole. Multiple entries and exits are taught as well TORSO TWIST such as Fonjis are in this class. This class level is great for Level 5/Pro  competitors.

Want to use a prop with your movement or just learn to freestyle? Learn how to listen to your body, let your body guide you in ways you never expected. Learn how to use a prop as a part of your movement.

Pole Fluidity

Ready to dance?! In this class we learn to listen to our body and learn how to move it with the pole as your apparatus. We can start upright and end down low to the floor.

Full Stretch

Did you know that flexibility is one of the significant components of fitness? It increases your active range of motion, it improves your posture (helps prevent and heal back pain) as well as relieves stress all while increasing flexibility. Join Kilo for an all over stretch session. Yoga mat, blocks, bands are recommended,

Balance Out

Achieving balance is hard (mentally, physically and emotionally). This class we will concentrate on the physical aspect as the mental and emotional are bonuses through arm balances.
Arm balancing poses are inspired by Yoga to help you build stability in your core and upper body.
