Do you love pole? Do you love chair? Do you love them both but are unsure how to share the love together? Then ChaPoleography aka ChaPole is for you! Merge the two together as one in a little routine. You will learn how to utilize the chair as part of the pole other than a separate entity.
Most be comfortable with pole sits and pole climbs.
